Sanjin Mutic of Mile High Law Office LLC
I just stumbled across a pair of new suits. Both of them are in Colorado District Court, plaintiff is West Coast Productions Inc., and the plaintiff’s counsel is Sanjin Mutic of Mile High Law Office LLC. I’ve not read the complaint yet, but I’m assuming these are bittorrent cases. The first case is versus Does 1-37 and the second is versus Does 1-38. West Coast Productions has filed a number of suits in the past, but this is the first time I’ve come across this attorney litigating such cases.
The case numbers are:

- The description of the bittorrent protocol is long and detailed.
- An argument for joinder is made, and the argument ties in the technology of bittorrent.
- There are two counts: Direct and Contributory copyright infringement. No negligence claim.
- The film is titled “Mom’s Black Cock Anal Nightmare 2″.
