Sunlust Pictures LLC dismissed 34 suits in December
There have been quite a few dismissals by Prenda and their local counsel lately. The dismissal of the Hard Drive Productions case in DC received a lot of attention. Just took a look at one of the named defendant cases and the IP address was in the CO Cisa case (1:12-cv-00656) – http://dietrolldie.com/2012/12/28/copyright-troll-dismisses-defendant-cisa-without-motioning-for-a-default-judgement-112-cv-00656-sunlust-pictures-llc-v-cisa-co/ I bet majority of these Sunlust named cases came from Cisa. As each one had a summons issued after the CO court prohibited contact with these joint tortfeasors, Plaintiff has violated the court order multiple times.

These dismissals commenced the same day Syfert moved for sanctions against Sunlust in FLMD. I know it is obvious but wanted to mention it nonetheless.
